Who we are

Bryla is a design and development studio from Ukraine. For anything about your data, write to hello@bryla.dev.

What we collect

The brief: your name, Telegram or email, company, task description and timeline. Only what you typed in.

Technical details of the request: page language, where you came from (UTM tags, ad click ID), time of sending.

Visit statistics (PostHog, servers in the EU): page views, clicks, where you came from, device type, load speed. No cookies, no identifiers in your browser and no screen recording. That is why the site has no cookie banner.

Approximate location (country, city) in the statistics. Cloudflare works it out from the IP address. The address itself does not enter the statistics: PostHog uses it only to count daily visitors and does not store it.

Server logs: IP address, time and requested address. They keep the site stable and help detect anomalies and protect against attacks. They are processed automatically and are not used to identify specific people without their explicit consent.

Why

To answer your request and prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract). Analytics shows us where the site gets in the way, so we can improve it.

Who else sees the data

Requests are stored on our server and sent to us on Telegram. Analytics is processed by PostHog in the EU, and site traffic passes through Cloudflare. We do not sell data or pass it to ad networks without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep requests that did not become a project for 12 months, analytics for up to 12 months, and server logs for 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct or delete it. Write to hello@bryla.dev and we will reply within 30 days.
